Frontline Support Specialist with English

As a Frontline Support Specialist, you will be providing first-hand assistance to different medical providers: physicians, pharmacists, nurses, who use Yardi EHR. The calls received can range from trouble accessing the program to reporting bugs.

If you have excellent communication skills, you like helping people and you are willing to learn, adjust and adapt in any situation, then we have a place for you in our Senior Living Support Team.

What we're looking for:

  • A very good grasp of the English language;
  • Strong client interaction skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Strong follow through and high motivation level;
  • Familiar with using and configuring enterprise-level software;
  • Healthcare or Accounting background is of additional benefit;
  • 1+ years on a similar position is a plus.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver a highly professional customer service experience;
  • Provide clients with detailed information;
  • Offer live guidance for the products, ranging from assistance offered to new customers to more advanced assistance required by experienced users;
  • Differentiate between configuration issues and development issues;
  • Elevate development issues to the appropriate case team.

The following shifts are currently available:
– Wednesday to Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
– Saturday to Wednesday, from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
