HR Specialist – Temporary Position

What we're looking for:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Science, or equivalent experience in HR expertize;
•Two plus (2+) years of experience in HR administration and payroll in a large corporate environment;
•Previous experience in HRIS;
•Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
•Proven strong labor legislation, fiscal and payroll policies knowledge (Any labor legislation or fiscal certifications are of additional benefit);
•Proven strong work ethic and sense of commitment; Ability to maintain confidential information;
•Proven strong ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks;
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in Romanian (English is an important advantage);
•Outstanding attention to detail;
•Resourceful, with strong problem solving skills.
What you'll do:
•Draw up individual employment contracts, addendums to the employment contracts, suspension decisions, and other additional documents such as documentation for disciplinary sanctions;
•Draw and verify all hiring documentation, making sure that the personnel files are complete and updated;
•Follow and complete all the legal responsibilities related to ITM audits – “Revisal” knowledge – correctly report all the changes related to employees such as: wages, transfers, terminations, contract registrations, etc.
•Fill in and verify employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness;
•Permanently update the personal database (new hires, terminations, vacations, medical leaves, maternity leaves and any other needed information);
•Answer payroll and PTO related questions for employees;
•Enter new employee data and update existing employee data in HRIS;
•Prepare all sorts of reports related to the personnel administration for the management;
•Complete all the necessary documents requested by the employees;
•Monthly reports regarding the employees’ private health insurance.
