IT VOIP Specialist
As an IT VOIP Specialist at Yardi Romania you will responsible with providing service and support on the telecommunication infrastructure including networking and phone systems configuration on the Mitel Controller.
What we're looking for:
- Experience with administering IP phones, Systems and Controllers;
- Experience with ACD design and support in a Call Center environment;
- Knowledge of voice technology, IP-based solutions, voice networking, and troubleshooting/problem resolution required;
- Technical experience with Mitel preferred;
- SIP QOS handling and troubleshooting preferred;
- Strong understanding of the Windows operating systems;
- Good written and spoken English;
- High attention levels and ability to complete detailed tasks;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Must take initiative and with minimal supervision.
What you'll do:
- Establish voice and data networks by programming features; establish interfaces and integrations; follow industry standards; activate remote access tools;
- Verify service by testing to include circuits, equipment, and alarms; identify and correct problems; confer with engineers or vendor if applicable;
- Maintain Telephony network by troubleshooting and repairing outages; test network back-up procedures, and update documentation;
- Maintain ticketing queue by evaluating, troubleshooting, testing and resolving issues with internal requests;
- Monitor and optimize system performance, monitor system activity and run error reports;
- Interact with other technical departments to troubleshot solutions including networking, call center system admins, data center teams, and carriers;
- Interact with IT Director for technical tasks, builds, testing, and projects related to the Mitel Telephony solution.
