Yardi stories

A few of my friends were already working at Yardi and they told me the environment and the people are awesome, so I went for it and applied. The first weeks were quite hard and challenging. However, it helped me realize I am more detail oriented than I thought I was. It was, and it still is a learning process, but I receive a lot of support from my team members to understand the product and the process, to fit in, and make friends. I’m very happy that I have the opportunity to learn a lot and to try new things, take part in different projects, but most of all that I was given the opportunity to travel to the US for a training. This year was just great!Ioana, Internet and Call Researcher at Yardi, also a volleyball enthusiast.

During my first weeks at Yardi I felt truly welcome as a new employee. My team mates were always there to look after me and teach me things; I must admit I hadn’t experienced that at my previous jobs. It’s a great place, with great people, doing great things and where you can really grow! Now, looking back at the 2 years I’ve spent with the company, I can definitely say that I made the right decision, and furthermore, I can’t wait to see what comes next!Paul, Real Estate Market Analyst at Yardi, also a football fan

My Yardi story actually started on where I applied for a CSR role. I received a swift response from the recruiters and a few English tests later I was in a group interview with 5 other very good English speakers. Soon enough I found out that I was accepted. The first few weeks and months were fairly intense in terms of trainings and the volume of calls. However, this allowed me to quickly adapt to the process of things. This was 2.5 years ago. Simply talking to people every day and earning a competitive salary are great incentives for anyone interested in applying. – Andy Wilkinson, Customer Care Representative at Yardi, also a table tennis fan.

For me the entire hiring process was easy and short. I wanted a job that I could be good at while having time and energy to focus on my studies as well, and Yardi was an amazing opportunity at that time. At first I felt like an overachiever, everything seemed too easy. Fortunately, the trainers read me well and assigned me more challenging tasks. I appreciate the fact that I was given right from the start the opportunity to evolve as a person, and to step out of my comfort zone.  – Mónika Czinege, Customer Care Representative at Yardi, also a runner.
