Associate Technical Account Manager

Join our dynamic team in Cluj, where you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in the US and Pune to drive innovation and enhance user experiences. As part of this team, you’ll learn front-end functionality of Yardi products like CRM IQ and Voyager 8, helping configure and optimize their settings. You’ll play a key role in training Virtuoso, Yardi’s AI-driven chat assistant, to provide intelligent and helpful responses.
The primary responsibilities include live chatting with CRM IQ and Voyager 8 customers via the Intercom app, as well as coordinating and conducting calls with colleagues for escalations, but only in exceptional cases. Please note, even though this position involves Live Chat support, exceptional English speaking and writing skills remain a key requirement.

This position has a fixed schedule, Monday – Friday, 11:30 am – 8 pm.
This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week. Therefore, please take into account that you would need to be located in or near the Cluj-Napoca area.
What we're looking for:
What you'll do:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong communication skills;
- Client management skills are considered a plus;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team;
- SQL experience will be put to good use.
It is considered a plus:
- Experience working with Voyager
- Live chat with customers on issues they are facing;
- Resolve the client user’s issue;
- Communicate with our internal specific support teams, when needed on cases and escalations;
- Run SQL queries in client’s database tables.
