Data Analytics Process Lead

The Data Analytics Process Lead is responsible for overseeing the Business Analytics operational activities in Cluj. The Process lead will understand the resident screening business and will be responsible for the performance of their team, including productivity, quality control, and communication with management. They will maintain a positive work environment and work with the Business Analytics Manager to assure team members produce professional, quality reports, data projects, and analysis.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field
  • Clear, concise and accurate conversation and writing skills
  • Ability to think analytically and effectively communicate analysis to others
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience with statistical or analytical tools. (Tableau is a plus.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. (MS Access is a plus.)
  • Online research and data mining experience
  • Experience and success handling projects that require accuracy and close attention to detail (preferably projects that involved large amounts of data within spreadsheet and database programs)
  • Independent decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Statistical analysis
  • Previous operations supervisor or manager experience
  • Proven experience mentoring, coaching and training other team members
  • Demonstrates an ability to nurture a cooperative, team-oriented environment

What you'll do:

  • Communicates with and assists team members in understanding their roles and responsibilities establishing collaboration and teamwork
  • Assists with training of new hires provide coaching to team members, creates and maintains training documentation
  • Understands and complies with company resident screening practices, safeguards, policies, and legal compliance regulations
  • Operates as the main point person in Cluj for the Business Analytics Manager
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for products, policies, and procedures
  • Assists with conducting Quality Assurance checks
  • Implements new procedures and processes drive process improvement
  • Assists manager when and where needed with special projects
  • Mentors and is the role model for new hires and teammates
  • Provides suggestions to management on improving processes
  • Monitors KPIs and provides feedback
  • Assists with assembling monthly reporting and provides updates on individual team members and department concerns
