IT Help Desk Specialist
As an IT Help Desk Specialist with our team, you will have the opportunity to interact with people working in areas as diverse as Software Development, Data Analysis, Cartography, Marketing, Journalism, Internet Research, Technical Support, Customer Service and more, all with different needs and requirements in terms of their IT infrastructure. Our two offices in Cluj total “over” 1000 employees.
The size of the company and its rate of growth provide awesome challenges with months in which you can expect up-to 50+ people being hired. The IT Help Desk team that you will be a part of has accumulated a wealth of experience that you can draw from.
What we're looking for:
- Proficiency in Windows “10” and Microsoft Office “365 package”;
- Basic network, “web browsers” and PC troubleshooting skills;
- PC imaging “(features activation, apps and tools installing/configuring, etc.)”;
- Some scripting knowledge is considered a plus;
- Familiar with mobile device (phone/tablet) setup and use;
- Excellent social and customer service skills;
- Reliable and trustworthy, ability to work outside normal business hours, if required.
What you'll do:
- Design, write, test and refactor software;
- Contribute to all aspects of application development, from the database to the UI;
- Work on a tightly knit, cross-functional team;
- Collaborate directly with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and demo working software;
- Work in an Agile environment, deploy your work live to production at regular intervals (every 1-2 weeks);
- Learn, grow and sharpen your skills.
