We’re expanding our Product Development teams and currently hiring several .NET Developers to contribute to the ongoing growth of our products.
In this role, you will design, write, test, and refactor high-performance software solutions for residential real estate and self-storage. You’ll work on established Yardi products such as RentCafe, helping property managers market their communities and storage facilities while making it easier for customers to find the right space.
You’ll apply your expertise to build and improve products that thousands of users rely on and see your work go live making a real impact. If you’re looking to sharpen your skills in optimizing site performance, responsive web development, and SEO, this could be the ideal next step for you. You’ll be part of teams led by local leadership, collaborating with experienced colleagues and managers who know the products inside and out.
This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please keep in mind that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca. Starting in January 2027, the in-office requirement will increase to two days per week.
