We’re proud to be one of the few IT companies in Cluj that develops its own products. Our team builds websites and applications such as RentCafe.com, CoworkingCafe.com, and PropertyShark.com – platforms that help people find the right home or workspace, manage their properties, and invest in real estate.

Our team includes over 110 colleagues (developers and testers) working in small, agile groups, each focused on specific projects and features. We use programming languages like C#, Angular, Perl, Python, and JavaScript to ensure our platforms run quickly, securely, and efficiently. Following the Agile methodology, we stay flexible, collaborate continuously, and bring ideas to life together with our DevOps and Marketing teams.

Marketing

With a team of over 200 specialists, we play a vital role in promoting Yardi’s online platforms, which serve diverse segments of the North American real estate industry, some with global reach.

We operate across both B2C and B2B markets, covering all areas of digital marketing, including data analysis, SEO, PPC, content creation, PR & communication, graphic design, conversion optimization, UI/UX, and email marketing.

Each team tailors its strategy to the specific needs of the product –  from driving growth for emerging platforms to optimizing performance for well-established ones. We also conduct and distribute real estate market studies monthly to thousands of journalists, achieving over 10,000 annual mentions across prestigious outlets such as The Washington Post, Business Insider, The New York Times, and Forbes.

Working closely with our development teams, we bring to life impactful marketing initiatives that drive visibility, engagement, and success across Yardi’s digital portfolio.

Client Services & Consultancy

We provide end-to-end support for Yardi’s international clients, delivering implementation, training, troubleshooting, testing, and custom development services for products such as Yardi Voyager®, Yardi Matrix®, and more.

Our Yardi Voyager teams bring together over 100 professionals across 14 specialized teams and 9 areas of expertise, including Presales, Consulting, Data Migration, Client Services, First-Line Support, Data Aggregation, Technical Analysis, Custom Development, and Quality Assurance.

Data Research & Market Intelligence

We provide accurate and comprehensive real estate data across the United States.

Our team gathers, verifies, and analyzes information on buildings, owners, tenants, listings, and transactions through online research, phone calls, and email outreach to ensure accuracy and reliability. This information is transformed into detailed property reports and real-time market intelligence, helping clients identify trends, uncover opportunities, and make informed business decisions.

There are also opportunities to grow within the team. Colleagues can start as Associate Researchers and progress to Senior Analyst roles, as they develop their skills and experience along the way.

Data Analysis

Our teams analyze, validate, and interpret real estate data, transforming it into valuable insights for professionals across the United States. By ensuring data accuracy and quality, we contribute to the creation of detailed reports, datasets, and maps used in PropertyShark and other Yardi products.

Through our work, we help clients better understand market trends, make informed decisions, and identify investment opportunities in the real estate industry.

Customer Support

We have 200+ colleagues in the RentCafe Connect, Resident Screening & Property Shark teams, with more than half having been with us for over 6 years.

Our call center agents provide daily phone and online support (via email or chat) to prospects, residents, vendors, real estate professionals, and client representatives, offering detailed information about properties across the U.S. real estate market, as well as assistance with resident services, portals, rent payments, and utility billing.

Every new colleague goes through a well-structured 4-week onboarding program that helps them learn everything they need and integrate quickly into the team.
