Your Benefits With Us
Overall, I would describe the application and hiring process as very smooth and well organized.
The application was straightforward: I uploaded my CV and explained why I wanted to apply. I was then invited by email to take a technical test, with clear guidance on the topics to prepare. After intensive preparation, I passed the test and had an interview with two of my current colleagues. Shortly after, I received a phone call confirming I had been selected for one of the three internship positions.
This internship was probably the best way for me to start my journey into adulthood.
I had the opportunity to interact with specialists and “bug” them with all kinds of questions (and I received answers every single time, no matter how dumb they might have sounded). I had an absolutely wonderful coordinator who not only explained every topic in a very easy-to-understand way, but also constantly made an effort to make us feel included, even though we were “just” interns. When I saw the announcement for this year’s internship, I immediately shared it with a long list of friends, so yes, I would definitely recommend this internship.
The internship helped me understand the ins and outs of PPC and how to work in a manner like the one I have now.
I enjoy seeing that all the effort put into the campaigns and accounts is bringing back results for our clients, and I also enjoy working with beautiful and fun people. It makes me enjoy going to the office and socializing with everyone.
The most valuable advice I can offer to future interns is simple: be present. Be present in the relationships you build, in everything you learn, and in every task you take on.
While it’s an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain their first experience after university, in my case (and in many others), it also proved to be a rewarding and successful career change in my mid-30s.

Fact #2: At any given time, we’re juggling 70+ projects, ranging from quick experiments to major launches.
Fact #3: Our campaigns generate billions of digital impressions every year (yep, billions with a B).
Fact #4: We’ve got specialists in SEO, PPC, CRO, email, content, analytics, AI enthusiasts, and more, all under one roof.
Fact #5: We hold monthly knowledge swaps, where teammates share their best hacks, wins, and “happy accidents.”
