We are looking for an experienced marketing analyst to join our marketing team and bring analytical depth to the way we understand, measure, and grow our consumer-facing platform, RentCafe.
You will work with large datasets spanning traffic, conversions, user behavior, and marketing performance to surface insights that drive smarter decisions across the team. From building and maintaining reporting frameworks to interpreting test results, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, your work will directly inform how we acquire, engage, and convert users at scale.
You will be part of a collaborative marketing team, working closely with colleagues across different specializations to ensure analytical findings translate into meaningful product and strategy improvements.
This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.
