Your Impact

We are looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist with a strong analytical and marketing background to drive paid social media advertising for our B2C rental platform, RentCafe, targeting renters across the United States.

You will take ownership of TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and YouTube Shorts campaigns, planning, executing, and optimizing initiatives that drive qualified traffic, leads, product registrations, and overall brand awareness for the RentCafe platform.

This is a mid-level, hands-on role requiring a mix of platform expertise, advertising budget management, creative judgment, and analytical rigor. You’ll work closely with brand and creative, product, content and SEO, and analytics teams to align campaign strategies with business goals and ensure continuous improvement of conversion rates and paid social efficiency.

This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.

What You'll Bring Along

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on TikTok Ads and Meta Ads, ideally for a B2C or direct-to-consumer brand.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Journalism or related fields.
  • Familiarity with UGC-style content, YouTube Shorts and other short-form video advertising formats.
  • Strong understanding of paid social analytics, attribution and tracking models, and full-funnel optimization.
  • Experience with ad account setup and working with marketing ops for pixel implementation, UTM tracking, and CRM/analytics tool integration to ensure accurate attribution and lead flow.
  • Ability to translate performance data into insights, spot creative fatigue and audience saturation, and propose improvements.
  • Creative briefing skills: comfortable partnering with in-house creative teams to commission scroll-stopping short-form video and static ads tailored to each platform.
  • Strong analytical thinking paired with hands-on campaign execution ability.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good English proficiency (written and verbal).

What You'll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Set up ad accounts and work with marketing ops for pixel implementation, UTM tracking, and CRM/analytics tool integration to ensure accurate attribution and lead flow.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy and setup to reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative, product, content and SEO, and analytics teams to align creative assets and messaging with audience insights and business goals.
  • Analyze marketing and business metrics to refine targeting, improve ROI, and drive conversions across the renter funnel.
  • Lead A/B testing, audience and creative testing, competitive research, and budget optimization to maximize performance.
  • Provide actionable performance insights to stakeholders and stay current on platform updates, creator trends, and short-form video best practices.
