Many of us in Data Research & Market Intelligence work with Yardi Matrix, one of Yardi’s real estate data products. Depending on the team and role, we may also contribute to other Yardi platforms.
Yardi Matrix provides detailed data and insights about different real estate markets and property types. In our Data Research teams, we collect and verify information, update records, identify inconsistencies, and analyze market data.
Our work helps keep the information accurate and useful for clients who use it to follow market trends, compare properties, and make informed business decisions.
