How Client Services & Consultancy works at Yardi Romania
We support Yardi’s international clients throughout every stage of their journey, from setting up and learning how to use our software to solving technical issues, testing solutions, and developing custom features.
Our teams work across a wide range of areas, including presales, consulting, data migration, client services, customer support, data aggregation, technical analysis, custom development, and quality assurance.
Together, we help clients successfully implement and use products such as Yardi Voyager®, Yardi Kube®, and more.
Each new colleague begins with foundational training, followed by advanced product learning, shadowing and mentoring, while gradually taking on more responsibility.
