We are looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager who is eager to pursue a career in a multinational company.
In this role, you will work closely with our European clients, providing ongoing functional and technical support to help them effectively use Yardi’s ERP platform. You will guide clients on system configuration and best practices and assist in investigating data discrepancies or system-related issues that may impact data accuracy, including financial and accounting data.
You will troubleshoot issues ranging from routine inquiries to more complex system challenges, acting as a trusted partner who bridges business needs with technical solutions. This may include performing basic SQL queries to validate or investigate data. When deeper technical investigation is required, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
This role offers continuous learning and growth opportunities, from Associate Technical Account Manager to Senior Technical Account Manager, exposure to international clients, and collaboration with colleagues across Yardi offices worldwide.
This hybrid role requires working from the office at least two days per week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.
